We are sorry, we do not rent ninja costumes.

Q4.Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are recommended, as slots may fill up. However, admission is possible even without a reservation if there is availability on the day.

Q5.Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation is possible. However, you will be refunded only if you cancel at least 3 days prior to the experience.

Q6.Can children enter alone?

Children are not allowed to enter alone. Please enter with an adult for safety reasons.

Q7.Can I visit for free?

Admission fee is required for everyone above 2-year-old.

Q8.What is the maximum number of people allowed?

Maximum 8 persons.

Q9.Is there an elevator?

There is no elevator. Please take the stairs to the 4th floor. It might be difficult to bring large suitcases.

Q10.Can I use real swords, real shurikens?

For safety reasons, we do not have real swords, but you will practice with swords of the same size as the real ones. You can touch real shurikens.

Yes, it is allowed. There are many photo opportunities during the experience.
